Pet Policy
CHP encourages our residents to enjoy their home and add to their home pets that would benefit their lives as much as any other member of their family, while respecting the fact that other residents may not want to have contact with animals. As such CHP has adopted a pet policy, and corresponding pet addendum, to address the pet rules and regulations.Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home.
Monthly Rent $25.00 Per Pet
One-time pet fee of $300.00 for the first pet, $100.00 for the second pet.
Weight Limit: None
Caged pets may not include ferrets, spiders(arachnids), snakes.
Birds are acceptable.
Fish tanks may not exceed 15 gallons.
Restricted Dog Breeds include but are not limited to the following:
- Pit Bull or Pit Bull mix
- Staffordshire Terrier,
- Presa Canario,
- Cane Corso,
- Mastiff
- Akita
- German Shephard
- Rottweiler
- Doberman Pincher
- Tosa Inu
- American Bandogge
- Dogo Argentino
- Boer Boel
- Chow Chow
- Great Dane
- Caucasian Ovcharka
- Wolf/Wolf Hybrid
- Any mixes of the above breeds.
